Guild law

Code of Conduct

The following articles govern the conduct, expectations, and dignity of all who serve beneath the banner of Chainpull. These laws exist not to burden the worthy, but to distinguish them from the unserious.

  1. Article I — On Readiness. All members shall arrive repaired, provisioned, and fit for battle. To enter the raid unprepared is to burden the banner itself.
  2. Article II — On Attention. Raid instructions shall be heard in full. Failure to heed clear commands shall not later be defended by confusion.
  3. Article III — On Avoidable Death. Those who repeatedly perish to known mechanics may be entered into the disciplinary archive without further warning.
  4. Article IV — On Loot. All loot shall be distributed according to the laws and customs of the guild. Emotional devastation does not constitute procedural error.
  5. Article V — On Mana Petitions. Requests for innervate shall be made with dignity, restraint, and an understanding that need does not always imply entitlement.
  6. Article VI — On Warrior Bearing. Those who bear plate upon the front line shall conduct themselves with courage. Repeated and spectacular collapse will be remembered.
  7. Article VII — On Gravity. Warlocks, hunters, mages, druids, warriors, and all others are equally subject to the ground. To test this law repeatedly is neither noble nor efficient.
  8. Article VIII — On the Banner. Public conduct shall reflect honor upon Chainpull, whether in triumph, defeat, trade chat, or loot discussion.
  9. Article IX — On Officer Judgment. The decisions of the officer corps shall stand, especially in matters concerning discipline, operational correction, and whether a mistake was in fact “clean.”
  10. Article X — On Legacy. Every action enters the record. Conduct yourself accordingly.
